Postage & Returns
You can collect from our Ryde store or take advantage of our FREE delivery service.
We aim to despatch your order within one working day, subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. If your order item is not in stock, we will despatch within 2 weeks or if we can’t do this, we will let you know and keep you informed.
Delivery is by Free on all orders.
Delivery is £7.50 on all orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we are happy to give a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of you receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packaging intact.
Please notify us via e mail (email@example.com) that you are returning the item and if possible the reason why. As soon as we receive the item back, and assuming perfect condition, we will process the refund to you.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is considered faulty, please email us detailing the fault. The item will be examined by us, and on occasions we may refer to the manufacturer of the item, if deemed to be a manufacturing fault we will refund appropriately, if not the item will be returned to you with an explanation of our findings.
